My boyfriend ordered a single stage black trigger on express shipping and he received targets and a shell holder ! Kelly from customer service is very rude. She hung up in his face and was no help at all. We had to talk to a manger to get at least our shipping free. Horrible customer service. Unless you want the wrong parts and a rude customer service lady that hangs up in your face !
I ordered a guide rod for my 1911 two weeks ago and I still haven't received it. I have sent 4 emails to there customer service with no response. Do not buy from this company.

I have placed sporadic orders with midway USA the last couple of years. Midway is not very good at understanding shipping. They believe the job is done when they box and ship your order. I am waiting on an order that was to be here Tuesday it is now Friday. The order made it as close as 150 miles but alas now is in a town 700 miles away according to tracking. I was willing to pay for full UPS Ground but could not select this with Midways free shipping promotion. They have no customer service available except during obscure day hours.
3/9/21 Received product that was shipped to the wrong address. After contacting Midway USA I was told that I had to contact the supplier for shipping cost ship product to the correct address. Question why am I the customer having to contact Midway vendor. I purchased the item from Midway. The customer service after numerous e mails makes this out to be my responsability.

Midway has some decent products at good prices (sometimes), but their customer service and their sales policies are HORRIBLE! They frequently advertise products for sale that they don't actually have, and even if you press them, they won't honor the sales prices that they post. And if you have a problem, good luck getting through to a customer "service" representative; you could wait an hour on hold just to get to a live person. And if you are lucky enough to talk to some one, they are likely to lie to you, won't fix any problems that they created, and if you press them or ask to speak with a supervisor, they will probably just hang up on you. Take your business elsewhere, someplace with good customer service.
Exceptional Service! Have placed multiple orders over last several months and MIDWAY continues to exceed my expectations. By far and away light years ahead of most arms vendors in both prompt order fulfillment and rapid shipping! Email Communication from order verification to shipping to parcel tracking is exceptional. Couldn’t be more pleased that I found a vendor that has most items in stock and one that fills and ships orders next day in most cases. In this day and age of EVERYONE blaming COVID for terrible service, no excuses from MIDWAY! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, FREE AMERICANS NEED THEIR TOOLS!
You do not deserve even a single star. On December 23 my CC was hit for $301 that I did not place. I contacted your company twice on that day and was hung up on. The first contact I explained the fraudulent charges to be addressed and was hung up on. The second call a few minutes later resulted in a hang up upon identifying myself. I can only assume the fraudulent charge originated within your company. Once this fee is posted I will be disputing the fee and notifying the states attorney general.
I just spend one hour waiting on the phone to have their customer service person tell me she that cannot do anything to help and for me email my problem. Really? How long was that customer service training class, lol.
Anyway, I ordered two of the same choke tubes. The 1st choke I received was correct. The backorder and reorder was wrong. Why is this a difficult issue to fix?
Ordered an expensive setup from these guys they promised it would ship the next day. Instead they placed it in a quality control loop and threatened to cancel order. Add insult to this I had called that same day to verify stock. They indicated no issues and it was shipping. Received my order late and they essentially did nothing but make excuses.
Got my order on time too bad I received 2 of the same item,my bad, first and last time I order anything online from Midway.
seems like a good American company with good product selection and inventory and very competitive prices. My problem with the company is that is ordered an item on Aug 22nd and paid $14 for 2 day shipping. The day I ordered the item I received an email telling me thank you for my business and that the item had shipped. Its now the 27th and the item is supposed to be delivered today, 5 days after placing my order. 5 days isnt 2 days. They have a long detailed reason on their shipping page explaining why orders may be received later than expected. They cite covid-19 as a cause and even hurricane Laura. My package should have been delivered 3 days before Laura hit land so that was just an excuse. I want my $14 back that I paid for 2 day delivery. Just some advice for the company, dont mislead customers by emailing them that the order has shipped when the tracking from ups shows that the item was actually shipped 3 days later than midway said it did. That is too close to being untruthful and deceptive.
